The Bronze is a breed well known for its flavour and succulence, enhanced by the free-range, traditional rearing methods used by Stuart Perkins on his Somerset farm. Our turkeys are all free to roam and forage across the farm all day, then housed safely overnight in small groups. This boneless turkey breast is rolled and latticed with streaky bacon for extra flavour. Dry plucked, hand finished and hung in cold stores on-farm for 10-14 days to allow the flavours to develop, you'll really taste the quality of Stuart's care and effort. This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas slots (Wednesday 20th, Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd December).
