“As I am on my own I separated these and froze them. I cooked one as a small joint on Sunday and it was delicious, really moist and tender ( I prefer dark meat). There was enough left over for 2 more days, so I ate it cold one day and it was equally tasty. On the third day, I used the last bit in a casserole. I am freezing the bones to boil up for a stock to make soup. Please have these next year.”
