Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. All of our Bronze Turkeys are sourced from our main supplier, Stuart Perkins, with a smaller number coming from Caldecott Farm. Both Stu and Caldecott rear truly free-range birds, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. “We bought the Stuffed Turkey Breast for Christmas as it was just the two of us this year, along with Field and Flower's Pigs in Blankets and Cranberry, Port and Orange Sauce, all of which were absolutely delicious! It really made our Christmas. The turkey was unbelievably moist and tender, and the taste of the sausages and sauce were exceptional. There was so much food, it lasted for days. “The meat was delicious but I was REALLY disappointed with the stuffing. It was totally tasteless and if I didn't know it was there I wouldn't have realised that there was stuffing. I love stuffing so feel a little sad that the stuffing was tasteless!”

“Gorgeous turkey breast joint, absolutely delicious and the stuffing was really tasty! Although it was only a small joint, easily fed four people on Christmas day and was enough left for Boxing Day. Came with a lovely booklet explaining how to cook... really pleased and will definitely continue to order my meat from Field & Flower”
