Finished with a garnish of streaky bacon and fresh bay leaf for extra taste, this turkey breast joint is packed with all the flavours of Christmas. Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. All of our Bronze Turkeys are sourced from our main supplier, Stuart Perkins, with a smaller number coming from Caldecott Farm. Both Stu and Caldecott rear truly free-range birds, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. “Excellent Turkey we have had this for the last 3 years and hopefully will continue to do so. I would like to add that giving us the option to add to our order in I think was late November, wa a very good idea. ordering in mid-October will often leave 'extra items' wanted.”

“This joint was perfect and really succulent! Stuffing too was yummy! Excellent all round! My only suggestion would be to put a note in on suggested cooking (was not in the booklet provided...had to Google!)”
