Bronze Turkey Breast Joint with Bacon (2.5kg) Reviews

4.9 Rating 39 Reviews
Read Field & Flower Reviews

This boneless and rolled turkey breast joint is latticed with streaky bacon for extra flavour. Dry-plucked, hand-finished and hung in cold stores on the farm for 10-14 days to really allow the flavours to develop. Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. All of our Bronze Turkeys are sourced from our main supplier, Stuart Perkins, with a smaller number coming from Caldecott Farm. Both Stu and Caldecott rear truly free-range birds, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. Serves 10 - 12 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)

We ordered a turkey breast joint this year (first time for us) and were extremely pleased with it. It cooked much quicker than a conventional turkey and remained moist throughout. Very tasty.

This was a fantastic cut that we all enjoyed and was simple to cut. It was surprisingly moist considering there was no bone and tasted wonderful on both Christmas day and Boxing day. There was more than enough for our family of 6 plus 2 dogs and my daughter was even able to take some home with her.

Wonderful flavour. Bacon had moved on transit so had lost the lattice over the top but we soon replaced it. Best Turkey I have ever tasted

I cooked this joint for our Christmas Day lunch and it was succulent, moist and delicious. Easy to cook, a dream to carve and plenty for cold cuts & sandwiches on Boxing Day. I would buy the joint again.
