This boneless and rolled turkey breast joint is latticed with streaky bacon for extra flavour. Dry-plucked, hand-finished and hung in cold stores on the farm for 10-14 days to really allow the flavours to develop. Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. All of our Bronze Turkeys are sourced from our main supplier, Stuart Perkins, with a smaller number coming from Caldecott Farm. Both Stu and Caldecott rear truly free-range birds, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. Serves 4 to 5 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)
