Free Range Bronze Frenchbeer Turkey Crown (3-4kg) Reviews

Read Field & Flower Reviews

Our turkey crown is simply one of our whole birds with the legs and wings removed. Perfect for those who prefer white meat, or those having a smaller gathering this Christmas. The meat is left on the bone (unlike a turkey breast). Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods by Stuart Perkins on his Somerset farm. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. This oven-ready crown couldn’t be easier to cook and carve. Dry-plucked, hand-finished and hung in cold stores on the farm for 10-14 days to really allow the flavours to develop. Stu’s care and effort will shine through when you taste our premium, free-range Turkey Crown. We deliver our Bronze Turkey Crown with a handy cooking guide and fool-proof turkey timer. Simply pop the timer into the thickest part of the bird

I think this is my 4th Christmas buying turkeys from Field & Flower and once again it didn't disappoint. A beautiful moist turkey full of flavour - we will be buying again next year!

Quality meat, it was succulent once cooked. The recipe helped keep it really moist during consumption.

Excellent, plump and juicy piece of turkey. We got 5 meals out of a 3.3 kg Crown for the two of us AND made broth from the bones for a rissotto.

My turkey crown was just under 4kg and took under 3 hours to cook. It was absolutely delicious, moist and very tasty, probably the best one I have had. Think I might go for the whole turkey next year!!!
