Bumble and Boots West Country Beef Jerky is handmade in Dorset using carefully sourced grass-fed local beef. The beef is sliced, seasoned and marinated in our own unique recipe before being air dried. This is an artisan product made without nitrates or MSG. It takes approximately 227g of beef to make 100g of jerky. Won 1 Star Great Taste 2014 and Gold Taste of the West 2014.
