Our Monkfish Skewers are a delicate balance of firm white fish, sweet bell peppers and crisp white onion. Landed from Newlyn Port in Cornwall, our monkfish has a delicious, almost meaty texture, that will hold well when cooked on the BBQ or in a hot griddle-pan. Pair with olive-oil dressed potatoes, a scattering of parsley and a good squeeze of lemon for a fuss-free dinner. Three skewers per pack.
