This selection of salmon, mackerel, trout and smoked halibut is traditionally smoked by Severn & Wye on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean. Using traditional production techniques and smoking processes, their fish is used by the country’s top chefs and exported around the world. Earthy and oily mackerel, melt in your mouth salmon, simply satisfying halibut and nutty, tender trout. All sourced following MSC guidelines and perfect for making a variety of canapes or starters.
