Our sustainably caught smoked trout fillets are truly rich and delicious in flavour. They make a great alternative to smoked salmon, and their smokiness contrasts well with creamy dishes like risotto. If you plan to freeze them we recommend removing not only the bones but the skin as well. You should keep only the meat of the smoked trout to freeze. Two fillets per pack. Our sustainable smoked trout fillets are traditionally smoked by Severn & Wye on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean. Using traditional production techniques and smoking processes, their fish is used by the country’s top chefs and exported around the world.
