Really lovely salmon. I don't usually like smoked salmon that much but this is a lovely fresh, mild flavour and I really enjoyed it.

This was our Christmas morning breakfast with bagels and cream cheese and it went down a storm with all the family including my 8 year old grandson who declared it the best salmon he had ever had!
