Lemon Sole is delicate and sweet, best cooked grilled or fried. A delicious alternative to your usual white fish, it’s versatile and works with many accompanying sauces. All our white fish is sustainably sourced from Peterhead Market by Sebastian, our expert Master Fishmonger. Having worked in the industry for over 12 years, Sebastian provides some of the finest seafood in Sussex. Always following Marine Conversation Society guidelines, we source a huge amount of our fish from day boats, line caught and locally wherever possible. Each product on the MSC website is given a sustainability score and we are proud that the sourcing of each of the fish we sell it’s the best it can be. Two fillets per pack.
