Miss Muffet is a unique Cornish continental style washed curd cheese with natural edible mould rind. It has full creamy sweet flavour and supple texture. A great example of the wide variety of non-traditional cheeses being produced in the West Country. Aged for 4 to 16 weeks maturity having won at The Great Taste Awards 2017. Pasteurised, full-fat, washed curd cow's milk semi-hard cheese.
