Cornish Blue is produced on farm from grass fed milk near Bodmin. This outstanding hand-made blue cheese won Champion at the World Cheese Awards and is a sweet creamy Gorgonzola style, aged between 6 to 18 weeks. Not too strong and overpowering it will be a firm favourite with your dinner party guests. Full-fat, soft, blue cow's milk cheese.
