The Gould’s Farmhouse Cheddar is an award winner and we can see why. Matured between nine and 12 months and made from cow’s milk, it’s an unmissable cheese that can proudly sit at the centre of your cheeseboard. The Gould family have been making cheddar cheese for the past 50 years, using milk from their own Friesian dairy herd. Excellent - a cheddar tasting like a cheddar

I really loved this cheese for the first two days but it took on a rather ripe flavour by day three. I would suggest eating it all up as soon as unless of course you like a very ripe flavoured cheese. Otherwise yum!
