A good charcuterie platter contrasts not only types of cured meats, but different aging periods and heritage to give variation of both texture and flavour. “Not that keen I'm afraid but then we have been spoilt by eating a variety of French and Swiss dried sausage and meats. I wouldn't order again. Sorry.”
