Our sliced pancetta comes from our pals over at Somerset Charcuterie. It’s cut from the belly and made from the best outdoor reared pork in Somerset. Thinly sliced, this pancetta would be great wrapped around one of our chicken breasts or alternatively grilled until crispy and crumbled over soups and salads. We have a close relationship with Somerset Charcuterie, who supply us with some the UK’s finest chorizos and salamis. Made in salt chambers in specialist hanging rooms, the flavours and texture of this award-winning charcuterie are unique.
