The richness of the mutton is punctuated with mellow smoky garlic and aromatic rosemary, all brought together with a rich red wine gravy.Our kitchens work from scratch using the same produce from the same farms that we source across our range. We believe that buying stocks, fats, pies, gravies or scotch eggs doesn’t mean that you need to compromise ethical standards, so connect our kitchens to the very same farmers and artisans that provide our fantastic meat across the range. On top of this, traditional culinary methods are scaled up – we deliver the same caramelisation, reduction, hand rolling and crimping that you would expect from a product you’ve made at home.
