Our Steak & Red Wine Pie is filled with chunks of West Country beef, beef dripping and gravy. Deeply rich flavours combined with earthy mushrooms and velvety red wine gravy - this luxury pie is home comfort at its absolute best. Our pies are handmade daily by our chef and his team and his team in Shepton Mallet, Somerset (just a stone’s throw from our butchery). The pies are locally made with only the highest quality free-range meat and an expert eye for simple, quality, great-tasting food. All our pies are delivered fresh and are suitable for freezing. Sourced from a handful of farms in Somerset, our West Country beef is grass-fed, free-range and high-welfare, meeting our own exacting welfare standards. We dry-age all of our forequarter cuts on the bone for a minimum of 14 days, developing flavour and tenderness.
