Spice lovers, this one’s for you. We’ve marinated our grass-fed steak strips in a gorgeous Asian inspired sauce. Blended with fresh ginger, soy sauce, red chilli and garlic, it is brimming with flavour. Our steak strips are cut from the rump of our finest West Country beef. They work very well in stir fries, curries, or seared on the barbecue. Our friends at Lucy’s Dressings have created a bespoke range of marinades, tailormade to suit our grass-fed, free-range cuts. Lucy first began creating her delicious dressings from her family kitchen in Suffolk. She uses local, fresh ingredients that are packed with natural flavours.
