Slow-cooked by our Somerset Chefs and prepared with only the finest ingredients, try serving this Pork and Cider Casserole with buttery mash and fresh green beans for a delicious home-cooked dinner. Our sous-vide cuts are slow-cooked in a water bath to retain their natural moisture. This results in exceptionally tender meat that cooks at home in minutes. Cooking Instructions: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C (gas mark 4). 2. Carefully empty the entire contents of the bag into a non-stick ceramic dish. 3. Place into the pre-heated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until warm through, covering with tin foil if starting to brown too much. Stir well before serving.
