Our free-range chicken breasts are stuffed with mozzarella and wrapped in pancetta, ensuring juicy and tender chicken every time. We like to think of it as an impressive but simple feast for those times when you feel like treating yourself. Best served with creamy, buttery mash and fresh seasonal green veg. Two chicken breasts per pack. Our chicken is reared in truly free-range conditions by Stuart Perkins at Castlemead Farm. Stuart is a third-generation farmer and keeps his chickens in small flocks of 200 so he can focus on the highest standards of welfare. The chickens are never given antibiotics and are slow grown, living twice the length of a supermarket bird. Remove plastic outer film. Preheat the oven to Gas mark 5, 400f, 200c, 180c fan. Cook for 30 minutes in the foil try. Ensure juices run clear before serving.
