“As I do not eat red meat I often buy these sausages and love them. They taste delicious and to my surprise, my young grandsons enjoyed them too. I thought that they may find the garlic too strong a flavour but that was not the case. A healthier option than "normal" sausages.”

“Ate these today and it is right to put lemon at the forefront of the flavour list as that is exactly what you get, a nice subtle citrus followed by warm garlic and thyme. Great with pasta and a creamy sauce.”
