“Meaty, succulent, and consistently good. A staple standby for every occasion from breakfast to a dinner party. (It would suit us better if they were packed in 4s, but a bit of re-wrapping and they are ready for the freezer.)”

“We keep coming back to use more of these sausages in our cooking as they keep so much of their size and flavor through cooking. Incredibly meaty and great with mash or in a toad in the hole as much as they are great barbequed.”

“A must in our household. However, we do always wrap them in bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon has to come from the supermarket because field & flower bacon is too thick for this to work.”
