“The one thing you must do with this bacon is let it rest rather than serve it straight to plate (or sandwich). A couple of minutes just to let everything come together and you will enjoy the difference.”
“I purchased this as I wanted to use the back for sandwiches & the streak to put over meat being roasted. Whilst I like a bit of fat on my bacon, I found this to be too fatty. I rendered down some of the fat & used with roast potatoes.”
