“Great little roasting joint, but the cooking instructions in the description are about an hour shorter than they should be. I put the oven on its hottest to get the crackling going for about 20-25 mins, then turned it down to 180°c for about an hour. It sliced perfectly and made great sandwiches with stuffing and apple sauce the next day!”
