Our partridge is a great option for those wanting lean meat with an excellent source of protein and iron. It is sourced from our local woodlands in the West Country and is in season until February. This whole bird is enough for one person and has a mellow and delicate flavour. Our wild game is sourced from West Country estates. Our butchers carefully prepare the game after a short period of hanging. We deliver all our wild game fresh so it can be frozen.
