Smaller and more succulent than other game birds, Our Whole Partridge is tender and flavoursome. It’s an excellent gateway into feathered game thanks to its more mellow flavour. We recommend marinading in thyme, garlic and olive oil and either roasting whole or popping on the barbecue for a little smokey flavour boost.All our Wild Game Birds are sourced in partnership with Aim To Sustain, from assured shoots in Britain.
