Our free-range chicken drumsticks come marinated in our fiery piri-piri sauce! They come from our finest free-range chickens and are succulent and juicy. We recommend baking these in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy. Serve with a fresh green salad, sweet potato wedges and tomato salsa for a healthy feast. Our chicken is reared in truly free range conditions by Stuart Perkins at Castlemead farm. Stuart is a third-generation farmer and keeps his chickens in small flocks of 200 so he can focus on the highest standards of welfare. They chicken are never given antibiotics and are slow grown, living twice the length of a supermarket bird.
