“Beautifully succulent, served with a sausage meat stuffing concoction. Crispy skin which I believe should be the chefs (my) treat, that nearly got swipped. Served 7 adults, a child and tiny grandaughter. Loved by all and we had plenty to make sandwiches, and a couple of meals for two. Carcass made a fabulous stock :)”
