Our traditional Leg of Mutton is perfect for a classic Sunday Roast. Mutton has a bolder, more 'meaty' flavour than lamb, and it's also lower in fat too. We love it slow roasted with half a bottle of wine, shallots and lots of garlic for tender, delicate, and flavoursome meat.Grown in accordance with the seasons, our lamb and mutton is some of the best you can buy. We only source from farmers who practice extensive, grass-based farming and ensure our sheep spend at least one season at grass to fully mature.
