“I have used this shop to buy a watch and the experience with them was not nice at all. I order the watch and they say it will arrive in two days,that was not true because i tooked more than one week,anyway i called them in the morning after a week and they said is ready ,when i went to collect ,then they said the parts are not ready,as i have ordered extra links,so one of the worker there said is not arrived,another worker said they put the links,literally i have spoken that day with 4 different people there and none of them gave me same answer,anyway at the end i didnt have any other option as the watch was a present and i had a flight so couldnt wait anymore,and they gave me the watch not how it should be,but sold the new watch with the old links from another watch,i was not happy at all,and also the lady manager there was not helpful for me at all,they didnt care that im not happy for what happen and also they did not offer any other solution.I had very bad experience there and i will not recommend to anyone to use them again. Very very unhappy with them”
