“I thought I'd treat myself to a new watch. I had my eye on this one for a while so decided to get it. When I went in, the chap that served me was very polite and helpful. He let me look at the watch without pushing for the sale. I needed a couple of links taken out which he did for me there and then and the whole process didn't take long at all. Very pleased and 11/10 for service”

“I have owned a Citizen watch for many years now and it has been ultra-reliable. When I saw this watch I did not hesitate to accept it as a Xmas present from my wife. The lady sales assistant was excellent in her dealings with us too. It made a pleasant change to some retail outlets.”
