“Had to take my husband’s watch back as it stopped working the ladies kept it for a couple of days & told me it was repairable &I could get another watch at the same price my husband chose another watch it was a little dearer but we paid the extra monies the old watch was under guarantee .The ladies could not be any more helpful have been back once to have bracelet lengthened. with no problem .Many thanks to your staff they done you proud.”
