“Great first watch for my son. It is a comfortable watch and very stylish. The price is reasonable too. Staff made the experience quite special actually. The gentleman who served us gave my 15 year old son some advice when buying and adjusted the watch to fit. He also explained the guarantee. I'm very happy with the watch and the service received. I would return for another purchase without hesitation.”

“Very nice watch. It’s a shame the beauty of my experience when purchasing has been marred by poor customer service after purchase. I called back to the lakeside branch to have link removed and date adjusted was told to come back after new year. Attentive when buying but not interested after purchase. Will not buy again from this jeweller.”
