“The chain itself is fine but unfortunately I'd only worn it a few times when it came apart! Fortunately I had purchased a year's insurance at the same time so I was able to return it to be mended. It wasn't a big repair but when you pay so much for an item and purchase insurance why not use it!? I am covered for further repairs until the end of the term and I am able to buy another year when it does run out.”

“Nice looking chain however first one broke after 5months, I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was covered under warranty, they chose to give me a new chain rather than repair but I had to wait 3 weeks for it. (Not allowed to replace with one from shop stock apparently) Then when I went to collect it was a completely different style chain, a twisted one which I had to point out so I then had to wait another week for the correct one to arrive. Then the one I received is a thinner chain than the original so wrong chain yet again! staff now won’t replace for same as original as they say the numbers match the product however my pictures of my broken chain v the new one show it’s a much thinner chain, super disappointed and will avoid in future for other purchases and now will look to buy the correct one from elsewhere so all in all the warranty was pointless if you replace an item for a cheaper equivalent.”
