“I have had a gold initial letter "B" pendant for over 45 years and had a variety of different chains for it. Most recently, two had snapped as they were too fine. I went to the Swindon Designer Outlet Jewellers with a view to buying a thicker and stronger chain. At first I couldn't see much choice, and I was asked by the lovely assistant if I needed any help. I declined at this point and carried on looking. The. I spotted a good selection of chains in a cabinet just inside the door. I looked around and the lovely assistant came over to help me. I showed her my pendant and the broken chain, and we agreed this curb chain was a better option. She kindly unravelled my broken chain and extracted the pendant and put it on the new curb chain and they put it around my neck for me to see how it looked. I was thrilled. The right length and a good strong chain to support the pendant. I kept it on, and in fact have not removed it yet. The price I paid was reasonable and I took out insurance for a small additional one off fee. I am so glad I went to the Designer Outlet Jewellers that day and am thrilled with my purchase. I would also like to thank the lovely lady assistant who was such a help to me.”
