“I don’t actually have the two rings I purchased as the wrong size was ordered so I have to wait longer and return to the store again once the correct size is ready. The ring was not explained as a mans ring and I have have purchased it along with an engagement ring both ordered in wrong size by the store. I would also like to suggest that information be displayed in store advising customers that there is an additional charge for any ring over size s, it was a shock after choosing the rings to be told there was an additional charge. Not to impressed by FW Hinds although the staff were ok I found your way of conducting your business not the best.”

“this is the third one I have bought in the last year so it must be good, first one was lost throwing bait out, and the second one I lost at work, just in case you think I am clumsy my ring finger shrinks two ring sizes in the cold, so am now wearing it on my chain in the cold.”
