“On collecting the Ring i asked why I had not received an email as promised. She claimed 2 emails had been sent. I challenge as I had my phone will all my emails for at last the past year. I was told maybe something wrong with my email or my computer. Another assistant came along and told this lady she knew who I was and she would get the ring...she was ignored. Another lady said she would deal with the matter...she was quick and resolved the matter and apologies were made. I received my ring with thanks. I would thank the 2 girls who helped me but ...the first lady with a strong accent I would never deal with her again. But would purchase again from your store where we bought my partners engagement ring..”
