“Love the ring itself been looking everywhere for the ring and fell in love, took it home and noticed that the ring is serverly scratched and looks like this was possibly returned by a previous customer or even a demo ring, I haven’t had the time to report it or have the time to pop back in store as I work very long hours, the staff where great but just disappointed with the condition of the ring and surprised it was even sent in this shape. I know most surveys are rarely reviewed or even replied to but I hope this does get looked at as the ring has been purchased for my wedding which is 3 months away. I have attached a picture of the scratches for your records..”

“I came in the shop to repair my wedding ring as it was broken in 2 pieces , one member of staff send the ring off to be repaired, but it came back it wasn’t possible to a fault with the metal , the staff was brilliant ans exchanged the broken ring to a new wedding ring , same style same rose gold metal. Thx soo much for the excellent service, I can wear my ring again now . My name is Lindi Turley Not Leidi”
