“Bit disappointed when collecting the ring I sat at the table excited to be collecting my ring the assistant came to the counter with my ring and stood at the counter never acknowledged me so I stood up to the counter it's not like it wasent a expensive ring it was over £1000 platinum disappointed with service to be honest, what was supposed to be a exciting day wasent, the lack of customer service she should have said please take a seat , instead I had to move from the chair to the counter to recieve my ring quite upset at the service to be honest. If that was me I would make the customer feel special ask the customer to take a seat, gone that extra mile, instead found she cudnt really be bothered, had to ask which was my receipt also she said did you order a wood box, it clearly said on receipt free wooden box, opening the ring from the plastic packet instead of boxing it up in the store room, no rapour with the customer. Await your response .”
