“It was a truly exquisite experience at F Hinds, Weston Super Mare, on Tuesday 11 February 2025; all the staff were friendly, attentive, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. I was looking for a replacement wedding ring that I had lost a few months ago, after 25 years on the finger, on a night out. I have searched high and low, in I don’t know how many jewellers, even rejected one that I had made, and all the online outlets I could find, but finally discovered just what I was looking for here. I was shown many rings, tried on many rings, even after I had made my decision they were careful with me to make sure I was happy, I was never pressured and I could have walked away at any time. The shop is bright, clean, endearing and all the staff are very smart and engaging as soon as you enter. I cannot recommend this store highly enough for what they did and, ask my wife, I still can’t get over the beautiful ring I have acquired. After payment the lady that had looked after us the most offered the ring to my wife to place on my wedding ring finger, we were both very surprised and grateful for this very thoughtful final gesture; thank you so much for your wonderful care and the beautiful ring.”

“Why i went for this is because when my civil partner died over a year ago i started to wear his silver ring and because my ring is a gold one this latest buy combines the gold on the outside and silver inside so it captures both our spirits together.”
