“The wedding ring itself is gorgeous. Purchased at the Milton Keynes store, and the ring was not cleaned and polished well at all. Marks all over the inside etc. Whilst in high Wycombe, we took it to this store, who were apologetic lovely and got the ring cleaned to an excellent standard for us.”

“Beautiful ring. The diamonds are very subtle, and the engraved design is so pretty. I love it. It's not an engagement or wedding ring for me, I just wanted a diamond ring, and this fits the bill exactly. Assistance in the shop was excellent, very helpful.”

“I bought a gold necklace from here back in November, after the chain broke twice in different places, the necklace was returned to head office for a review. The head office was unhelpful, could not speak to anyone only communication was via email, which is so unprofessional. They ask for you to communicate by letter giving you the name of the person but when you phone and ask to speak to them concerning the letter you are dismissed. Why give the name of the person if you don't wish for your customers to speak with them when something is wrong? The shop staff, on the other hand, are fantastic, they took the time to find something to replace the necklace with and my daughter choose this ring to wear on her thumb. They ordered it for her and phoned as soon as it arrived at the shop. They resorted our faith in F Hinds. (Lakeside) Thanks, girls you went above and beyond to help my daughter, unlike head office. If it was left to just head office I'm sure they would not have a business in the first place”
