“Extremely disappointed with the service at Hinds in Bromsgrove, Worcs. This ring was chosen by my grandson for his birthday. The sales assistant said she would order it in his size, but when it came the following week she had ordered the wrong size. The staff did not appear to care about the inconvenience this had caused and were not prepared to speed up the reordering of the ring before my grandson had to return to university. We therefore asked for a refund and went to a different jewellery company to purchase a similar style of ring. We shall not shop at Hinds in Bromsgrove again.”

“Comfortable and looks good - and very well priced. Only slight issue is that the brushed matte finish seems to be showing damage quite quickly.”
