“I would urge nobody to use the F.Hinds store in Blackpool town centre. My fiance purchased a ring for me, and at the point of sale, didnt realise the ring was scratched. We called them within 90 minutes of purchase, and I didnt wear the ring at all. We took the ring back in about a week later due to work commitments, bank holiday weekend etc, and they flat our refused to refund us for the ring they sold to us in shoddy condition. Whilst we were there, we were accused of lying about wearing the ring, said they would never sell anything in less than pristine condition, which is admirable to expect of your company, but is unrealistic for it to be a completely infallible process. To refuse to refund an item which was sold in bad condition, under the premise that your company is immune to mistakes, is disgusting. It was a very expensive ring and now it looks like we will have to take this through to Small Claims court. Luckily, under the Consumer rights act 2015, we feel the law is on our side. Please, avoid all at all costs, go to Warren James or somewhere else where arent snobby and where they dont treat their customers with utter contempt. Our experience has been so bad, we dont even want a replacement, we just want our money back. Shameful.”

“The staff was polite and knew exactly what I was looking for and handed me my required product with a pleasant smile. The ring itself is well built and diamond has a smaller ratio to the mass of ring but yet it's diamond and it's there and it looks nice.”

“I guess you are unaware of the fact that I returned it for the purpose of replacement. I yet have to see another diamond in such a pathetic state as I was given in the ring. I am sorry for being brutally honest but I saw the ring weeks back at random on the shelf of your outlet and that sparkling diamond caught my eyes and I decided to buy it. Outlet didn't have my size but ordered one. When I went to be pick it last Friday I was shocked to see the diamond that was in the ring. It was fogy smokey and probably I had to wear a certificate in neck to declare that I was wearing a diamond. Let's see what do I get as replacement.”
