“My wife purchased the ring a few weeks ago as a birthday present for me but left it in store to be engraved.Very personal message. I picked it up Friday 21st August. The lettering was just scratched onto the surface , was not illegible , I immediately mentioned it to manager. I claimed it was normal engraving and he could read it. After returning home I showed family and friends. They all areed the wrighting is extremely poor and very difficult to read. I have returned it to the Store where the manager has sent it to head office. He advised me that the company do not offer refunds ion personalized products. I have made it clear I will not accept poor quality product that is not fit for purpose. I am awaiting a reply”
