“The anklet that I purchased for my wife was perfect, but my guess as to the correct size was useless. The ladies who served me in your Cwmbran shop were brilliant and a credit to your company. Sadly, when my wife tried to change it for a different size it became obvious that her ankles were an in between size. No problem for your staff in your Newport shop. They gave us a full refund. The level of service has convinced me that we shall definitely use F Hinds in future”

“This anklet is a quality item. It was the most appropriate option from a high end selection thatcwas shown to me. I had to choose a sturdy chain as my wife lost her last one through everyday use. I am very pleased with the quality and service.”

“I really like the look and feel of this anklet. It hasn’t caught on anything yet. Staff of the store in the Derbion were very friendly when they sold it to me. It looks great. Just a few things to note: The clasp is very fine so I do worry about its durability. It is quite a long anklet, I am a size 8/10 UK and it sits very low down my ankle resting on my foot.”

“It broke off my ankle this night at the George yard, I assume it is not made strong hence why it broke off and I couldn't find it. This is barely 2 days of purchase”
