“I purchased a gold bracelet for a Christmas present. Unfortunately after a month it broke which was due to a manufacturing fault. There was no hassle when I returned it to the store. It was sent away, the manufacturing fault confirmed and a new bracelet was supplied forthwith. I have used F W Hinds over the years and always found the items purchased are of a high quality and store staff very accommodating.”

“Beautiful bracelet, almost fishtail, beware however has mine has got caught in my cuffs, and bent the links out of shape, I took out the insurance so was repaired and I received a great service from the Solihull branch Still love my bracelet and happy to have it back.”

“Purchased in September 2022 for a gift in October. It broke late January and returned it to store. Mid February was given a new bracelet and told the original break was down to a manufacturing problem, then told the warranty would be from the original purchase date (October 22) not the newly supplied date (February 2023). 1) should the bracelet have broken so quickly ? 2) surely the receipt and warranty should be from February 2023 not the original purchase date (October 2022). Poor Customer Service”
