“Brought these for my wife as a Christmas present 2021 she is so happy with them good quality and nice looking and the staff at f.hinds lakeside Thurrock have been so helpful and pleasant with advice to get the insurance which I don’t normally do but the wife lost one and it was replaced couldn’t ask for more than that so 10 out of 10 will definitely be using them more often”

“I purchased the earrings and gave them as a gift to find out they were faulty and one earring was bent. F hinds manager at the yeovil branch was patronising and rude and said that it was customer fault then proceeded to try and bend the earring back into the correct place and could not. So how could they have been bent by hand to that position in the first place. It was handled awfully and unprofessionally. We were told we had to claim on the insurance as it was customet fault and only after being investigated further eas it resolved that the earrings eould be exchanged for a new pair, but with no apology or responsibility of f hinds. Sadly they have lost a family full of customers for 10+ years due to the poor service.”

“The product i purchased was a gift for my wife who had shown an interest on an earlier visit. However the selection in store was huge and i did have to double check i had the right product.”
