“This is the second pair I’ve bought. The first ones I bought had a fault within a day or two of using. Firstly, a back was missing and secondly, one of the claws came off the stone. I had taken out the insurance policy, so I returned them asap. I was told, on collection of the new pair, that they had been damaged by me and that I would have to pay for a new policy to cover the new pair. I’m not sure how taking them out of the box and putting them in my ears should cause that kind of damage. I was then told that if the same happened to this pair that they would be replaced under guarantee as there is clearly a fault. Not sure why the first pair weren’t replaced under guarantee as there was clearly a fault with them. This was not well received by the sales person, so I have taken out a second policy, as the first one is now null and void as I have had a replacement pair. I am waiting to see if the same happens but am not best pleased with the customer service I received.”
